We participate in the receipt incentive program to provide Bingo prizes for this worthwhile community center for seniors and Veterans.

Our company supports Mayer Daze, a yearly community event in Mayer, AZ with donations to the silent auction.

Since 2015, The Welcome Stop has purchased 66 livestock animals from 4-H and FFA students at the county fairs, and that number continues to climb each year. The company also sponsors various showmanship awards. We are dedicated to supporting agriculture education in Eastern Montana.

The Welcome Stop in Plentywood, Montana scored a strike by sponsoring The Lucky Sevens women’s bowling team. These ladies of the lanes play a competitive game and, in our eyes, are winners every week. That’s how we roll!

We are pleased to support graduates of the Bainville, Montana high school by donating to the Dollars for Scholars scholarship fund. The student can apply for the scholarship every year while they remain in college.

We are proud to sponsor the Lady Wildcat softball and basketball teams at Mayer High School in Arizona.

In Bainville, Montana we helped purchase the scoreboard and announcers’ stand for the new football field as well as the score clock in the school gym. It is our also our pleasure to support the after-prom party each year.

The Welcome Stop in Bainville, Montana has been involved in the town’s annual Independence Day Celebration since 2014. In addition to creating a float for the parade, the company also sponsors various meals, events, and donates prizes.

A long popular event is the annual Giant Christmas Stocking giveaway. Started in 2014 our company gives a stocking away every Friday in December at each of our stores in both Montana and Arizona.   To spread the love further stockings have also been donated to local charities, schools, care homes, and hospitals.
